• Job Title: Outbound Sales Agent

• Function: Voice-Based Outbound Telesales

• Campaign Type: B2C – Health and Wellness Product (Keto-related)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to promote Health and Wellness Products (Keto-related)

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Document all leads and customer interactions accurately in the CRM

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• University Graduates or individuals in a Gap Year

• English fluency at C1 level is mandatory

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in outbound call center sales

Work Schedule & Shift Details

• Work Days: 5 days/week (Monday to Friday)

• Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

Shift Timing

• Start: 4:00 PM

• End: 1:00 AM

• Break: 1-hour dinner break

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: EGP 13,000 (Gross)

• Attendance Bonus: EGP 500 (Gross)

• Transport Allowance: Approximately EGP 1,100 (Gross)

• Commission Structure: EGP 100 (Gross) per confirmed sale
