Job description

The Junior Recruiter will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for call center roles. This role focuses on assisting in the recruitment process, engaging with candidates, and ensuring smooth coordination of hiring activities to meet staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post job ads across different platforms.

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

  • Review resumes and conduct initial screenings.

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and the senior recruiters.

  • Sourcing & Database Management

Job requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree.

  2. Excellent up to Fluent English speaker

  3. 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (internship or entry-level experience in a call center/BPO hiring is a plus).

  4. Familiarity with sourcing tools.

  5. Strong communication and organizational skills.

  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
