NAOS CX is Hiring – French-Speaking Medical Customer Service Agent

Location: On-Site – [Maadi, Cairo]

Role Overview

We are hiring French-Speaking Customer Service Agents to support clients in the medical field. The ideal candidate should have a background in pharmacy, veterinary medicine, or biological sciences and experience with customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound inquiries from customers in French (with English support when required)

  • Provide accurate information regarding medical products and procedures

  • Resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism

  • Log all interactions into the system and follow up when needed

  • Ensure high-quality service and meet performance KPIs

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and very good English (minimum B2 level)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Biological Sciences

  • Prior experience in customer service preferred

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Open to Moroccan, Algerian, and Tunisian candidates

Working Hours & Schedule

  • Morning shifts (start between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM – end at 7:00 PM)

  • 5 working days per week

  • 2 fixed days off: Saturday & Sunday

Compensation & Benefits

Total Monthly Gross Package: EGP 23,000

  • Base Salary: EGP 22,000

  • KPI Bonus: EGP 1,000
