Location: [On-Site – Maadi, Cairo]
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

As a Zendesk Support & Admin, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing configurations, automation, and workflow optimizations

  • Creating and maintaining views, macros, and triggers

  • Uploading and updating Help Center content

  • Ensuring article accuracy and coordinating with relevant teams

  • Monitoring feedback to identify and resolve content gaps

Reporting & Analysis Responsibilities

  • Support reporting and customer insights

  • Analyze support trends and critical customer feedback

  • Assist in gathering positive CSAT feedback for Trustpilot reviews

Dispute & Email Support (Ad-hoc)

  • Provide backup for disputes and customer emails when required

  • Ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences across all touchpoints

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Zendesk administration

  • Experience in support operations and automation setup

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits

Total Package: EGP 20,000

  • Base Salary: EGP 15,000

  • Attendance Bonus: EGP 3,000

  • KPI Bonus: EGP 2,000


Training Allowance:

5 Days = EGP 1,000
